The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a relevant degree and qualified teacher status (QTS or equivalent).
• Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent classroom practice within the UK or British international sector.
• Have a deep understanding of the English National Curriculum and the ability to adapt teaching for a diverse, international cohort.
• Value innovation, wellbeing, and personalised learning.
• Embody the RGS values of scholarship, integrity, respect, courage, collaboration, and inclusivity.
• Have no less than 3 years experience.
