Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The President Multimedia is responsible for managing and developing the Multimedia division in terms of profitability and efficiency.

Key Accountabilities
• Build new relationships in the market to further the divisions' concession and marketing deals with partner entities in several industries (telecommunications, FMCG, airline services and electronics)
• Oversee and support the division’s business in local markets in coordination with Country Managers
• Manage relationship with franchisor and oversee franchisees’ operations to ensure continuity of partnership and compliance as per the set guidelines
• Identify, interpret and capitalize on market trends within the industry and channel them into higher revenues, new brand introductions and/or acquisitions
• Oversee efficient management of company resources and a high return on asset ratio while maintaining the highest level of product and customer service quality
• Develop and manage a strategic plan and vision driving the organization's objectives towards growing revenue, profitability and market share
• Secure concession deals within telecommunications, consumer goods, airlines services and electronics companies
• Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his/her team to work effectively towards the achievement of the organization’s objectives, common goals and values

Requirements

• Knowledge Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus
• 10 years of experience, out of which 4 years in Multimedia in a senior managerial role
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus
