Pricing Analyst

Job description / Role

Our client is an internationally trusted name in the petroleum and lubricant industry. They are currently looking to recruit a Pricing Analyst.

Reporting to the General Manager the focus of this role is the maintenance of MEA pricing. In this role you will be expected to proactively identify, recommend and implement improvements in terms of price performance, data accuracy and response time to sales and marketing. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, product management and supply chain as it relates to pricing and profitability analysis. You will create, maintain and coordinate system implementation of commercial country price lists and provide monthly review of costs development per supply point. In this role you will collaborate closely with sales and marketing and supply chain.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline, with 2 years of experience in financial analysis within a MNC. You must be proficient in Excel and have the ability to carry out lookups, pivots and graphs.

In addition you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in SAP and BW reporting is preferred.
