Pricing Coordinator

Job description / Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to prepare FF&E proposals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales and procurement teams to deliver beautiful hospitality projects.

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed estimator who thinks in systems, understands how projects come together, and thrives in the fast-paced world of interior design and hospitality.

If you:

- Have strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Are detail-oriented and organized
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Know how to review drawings, specs and BOQs
- Are disciplined, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
- Have ERP experience
- Knowledgeable in MS office particularly in Excel

About the Company

We specialize in quality indoor and outdoor hospitality furniture, from sourcing to manufacturing in-house. Our journey started in 2012 as a concept store in Dubai, where we imported designer furniture and artisan objects from the Philippines.

Over the years, our business changed from a retail concept to becoming one of the UAE’s largest contract furniture suppliers. We delivered The Sum of Us, our first F&B project in 2015 and since then we have delivered over 1,000 projects in the GCC and internationally.
