JESS Jumeirah School is seeking an outstanding, enthusiastic, and caring maternity leave cover Arabic A teacher to start on 30 March 2026 to 5 July 2026.
This is a wonderful opportunity for an ambitious teacher to join a welcoming team who are supportive, creative, and innovative and who have the primary focus of providing a rich teaching and learning environment for our students.
We are looking for a maternity leave cover teacher who has the ability to develop, extend, and challenge our students, as well as possessing the ability to inspire and nurture in each of them a love for learning.
As part of our commitment to our staff's personal and professional development, comprehensive professional development will be provided to the successful candidate, who will:
- Be fully qualified and experienced Arabic A teacher with a degree in Arabic language and a professional teaching qualification
- Be committed to personal professional development and have relevant recent professional development that qualifies them for this role
- Be an experienced Arabic A teacher with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience
- Be committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning
- Be committed to safeguarding and child protection and the wider pastoral care of students in their care
- Be able to contribute to wider school life outside the classroom in terms of extracurricular activities and school community events
