We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and child?centred Primary Homeroom Teacher to join our school community. About the Role
As a Primary Homeroom Teacher, you will be responsible for leading a class of primary?aged students, delivering high?quality teaching and learning across core subjects, and supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of every child. You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, age?appropriate lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.
• Create a warm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
• Monitor, assess, and document student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Build strong, positive relationships with families and maintain open communication.
• Support students’ wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development.
• Collaborate with specialist teachers and colleagues to enrich the learning experience.
• Contribute to school events, assemblies, and extracurricular activities.
• Participate in professional development and staff meetings.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and primary curriculum standards.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
• A warm, positive, and student?centred approach to teaching.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and high?quality practice.

Salary:
AED
12,000 to 14,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
