We are excited to announce we are commencing the recruitment campaign for a Primary Year 6 Teacher to join GEMS Royal Dubai School for the academic year 2025-2026.

We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join us as class teachers for September 2025. Job Purpose

To teach across the Primary Phase enabling an outstanding, holistic, and dynamic experience for our students which leads to exceptionally high outcomes.

Skills

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• To have a Degree/PGCE in Education with QTS
• Be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all
• Demonstrate very strong subject knowledge across either the Early Years Foundation Stage or the National Curriculum for England in the Primary Phase
• Deliver consistently outstanding teaching and learning experiences; collaborating and sharing best practice.
• Use student data to optimise progress and personalise learning
• Have a high performance mindset, being reflective and solution focused at all times
• Be creative and enthusiastic in approach to teaching
• Be committed to the safeguarding of, and the personal and social development of students
• Work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents using excellent interpersonal skills
• Have aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for career enhancement
• Make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community-based events
• Actively pursue your own professional development as a teacher.
