A leading tier strategy consulting firm, is looking to hire a Principal- Aerospace & Defense to join their team in UAE. This client facing, partner track role is dedicated to serve federal defense & security clients. You will support senior members of the Aerospace & Defense Community on some of their highest priority issues. The ideal candidate will advise clients on a broad range of topics including strategy, operational performance improvement, org design, and digital transformation, by analyzing and designing tailor made solutions and working closely with clients at all levels to ensure high impact & sustainable results.
This role will allow you to build your national security expertise & learn to bring best practices from the private, public and social sectors to your clients.
Ideal Candidate will have the following:
- Top MBA/ Masters/ PhD from a renowned global university
- 8- 10 years relevant experience at a leading strategy firm
- Outstanding proven track record of leadership at work
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics, both quantitative and qualitative
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Commitment to high standards and core values
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Candidates with regional GCC experience will be given preference.
