Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Maintain long standing and strong relationships with the assigned principals and ensure maximum portfolio coverage for Arabian Ethicals
• Develop in-depth understanding of principal portfolio
• Align with principals on annual sales and orders forecast
• Maintaining the company inventory at acceptable levels, defined by the partnership contract and the Group policy
• Ensuring Principal approvals regarding stock transfers and Expiry compensation.
• Coordinating with all the company departments in order ensure smooth regulatory, logistic, finance and sales processes
• Develop strong relationships with local and domestic principal representatives
• Align with Principals & AEC regulatory team on the agreed regulatory strategies
• Develop understanding of product pipeline and ensure maximum sales
• Maintain daily communication with principal team
• Ensure revenue targets for assigned principals are met

Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy desired
• MBA from a recognized institution
• Experience managing key account relationships at operational levels
• Previous experience in Forecasting and Demand Planning will be considered as a plus
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Very good command in MS Office, especially Excel
