We're embarking on an exciting new chapter, establishing a dedicated division for Tech & Web3 startups in the UAE and broader GCC region. To lead and build this division, we're seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and highly motivated Principal Consultant.

Role Overview:
As Principal Consultant – Tech & Web3 Recruitment, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and developing Guildhall's new recruitment vertical. Your core focus will be on partnering with emerging tech startups, particularly in the blockchain, fintech, crypto, and Web3 sectors, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and actively expanding Guildhall’s client base within this vibrant industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage promising tech startups, blockchain enterprises, fintech companies, and Web3 innovators in the UAE.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with founders, CTOs, and HR leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs.
- Proactively source and place top-tier tech talent, including Software Engineers, Developers, Blockchain Specialists, Product Managers, and Technical Leaders.
- Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial client engagement to candidate sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and placement.
- Actively build Guildhall's brand and market presence within the tech and Web3 ecosystems through networking events, industry meet-ups, and targeted marketing.
- Provide strategic input on compensation benchmarks, industry trends, and candidate availability.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, business development, or sales (ideally within technology, fintech, blockchain, or startups).
- Passionate about technology, Web3, blockchain, crypto, and emerging digital trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build a successful division from the ground up.
- Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and delivering measurable results.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are advantageous).
