Description

* Develop and optimise sophisticated AI/ML models to enhance business-wide analytics and decision making strategies.
* Ensure seamless and effective integration of AI models into critical decision-support systems and self-service analytics platforms.
* Lead end-to-end advanced analytics projects, applying predictive and prescriptive modeling techniques to support strategic policy formulation and talent optimisation initiatives.
* Build, validate, and deploy a diverse range of ML models, including deep learning, NLP, and generative AI applications, specifically tailored for analytics.
* Continuously optimise existing algorithms to improve efficiency, accuracy, and interpretability, ensuring maximum value extraction from data.

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field.
