Our client is a top-tier consulting company. They have a strong practice in Engineering and Industrial Product Sector across the globe and would like to strengthen their practice in this area in the Middle East.

At Principal level, you have serious amounts of experience behind you and have played a central role in hugely successful projects in the past. You bring in new business – a significant portion of your time is dedicated to major acquisitions. You are responsible for the operational management of some of the largest and most complex projects. As a seasoned professional, you have distinguished yourself across many projects. You mentor and lead younger colleagues.

Requirements

Your profile:
• Technical (engineering or mathematical) degree from a top-tier university;
• 8-10 years relevant consulting experience in any of the following: automotive, high-tech, machinery, manufacturing, construction and heavy industry.
• Solid functional knowledge in the whole spectrum of strategy consulting: growth, innovation, marketing and sales, organizational structure and business processes, program management, supply chain management, production optimization, and procurement.
• Passion for a challenging and rewarding consulting career;
• Entrepreneurial spirit - taking initiative to make things happen;
• Superior problem solving and analytical skills;
• Exceptional communications capabilities; Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively;
