Overview

We are looking for a Principal Fusion FIN Techno-Functional Consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs. You should also have experience in providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards. Additionally, you will maintain and support customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, either on-site or remotely, implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA and integration to Oracle SaaS products. This role involves developing, integrating, and implementing application components including front-end development, internal database integration, and OTBI reports. You will play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of Oracle Cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Work as a professional with relevant work experience and expertise in EBS and Fusion SaaS applications, especially the FIN track, handling a range of projects including Oracle FIN Cloud, Payroll, and Cloud ERP as a technical specialist.
• Build integrations from the ground up, troubleshoot existing technical solutions, and offer advisory and pre-sales expertise.
• Responsible for requirement gathering, CRP workshops, design, configuration, fast formula writing, testing, parallel payroll run strategy, and execution.
• Have 10+ years in delivering Oracle solutions and/or transformation programs ideally using cloud technologies.
• Read, write, and speak Arabic and English.
• Deliver services both remotely or onsite depending on business requirements.
• Act as a specialist, developer, or similar with cloud solution design, development, and delivery.
• Proficient in designing and developing Oracle cloud solutions.
• Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the customer organization.
• Hold an undergraduate or higher-level degree or have equivalent work experience.
• Maintain a positive, resilient, and creative attitude with an open and agile mindset in challenging situations.
• Driven to take innovative proposals and make them mature solutions.
• Ability to break down complex problems/issues to determine suitability and make appropriate assessments and recommendations.
• Think outside the box and be creative with solutions.
• Keen to learn new cloud technologies using training opportunities and lab resources in Oracle.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years implementation experience of financial solutions.
• At least 6 years in implementing financial SaaS applications.
• Experience in the following finance modules as a functional consultant: Fusion GL, Fusion AR, Fusion Payables, Fusion CM, Fusion FA, Fusion Expenses, Lease Management, Revenue Management.
• Excellent experience in Fusion Project Management, Costing, and Billing is a must.
• Ability to understand, design, and develop complete solutions.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), XML Publisher, ORDS services, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
• Proven experience on Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), dashboards, all types of data loaders, extracts, fast formula, error handling, SOAP services, BPM, personalization, sandboxes, page composer, etc.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the Fusion quarterly update process and best practices according to new feature adoption, testing, and change management.
• Strong knowledge in roles and security.
• Follow and ensure adoption of Oracle implementation best practices, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, project documentation, and post-production support.
