Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting a Principal Solutions Architect for an exciting opportunity here in Dubai you will be part of high-performance cross-culture architecture team and you focus on driving innovation and improving delivery effectiveness. You will have to be able to design, develop and govern the solution architecture of the Group in alignment with corporate business and IT strategies, ensuring appropriate balance between functional, service quality and systems management requirements.
Requirements
Applications are sought from those with the following experience:
• Bachelors Degree in Computer/Information Sciences
• Excellent English language skills
• Good knowledge of PSS systems generally and specific knowledge of one/many elements within that.
• Broad aviation experience gained first hand through involvement with an airline.
• Needs high standard of technical architecture capability
• Needs knowledge of Java, NoSQL and relational databases, distributed systems, High Availability, Infrastructure and
• Software resilience, chaos monkey techniques, moderated interfaces and graceful degradation, SOA and service choreography, cloud savvy, big data savvy, COTS deployment, interface design, high volume throughput, Open Source software, IDAM, Authentication.
• Ability to design robust systems for Worldwide use.
• Need to be experience in team management, people facing, articulate, reliable and responsible, good citizen.
