Principal - Strategy Consulting for Private Equity and Principal Investors
A Tier One Strategy Firm is seeking a Principal for their growing Private Equity and Principal Investments Practice. The practice has seen an exponential level of growth globally over the course of the last few years and given the forecasted large scale public listings particularly in KSA, our client forecasts a definitive need for Investment Strategy professionals in this region particularly at the Senior Level.
- Conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Handles challenging situations and seeks solutions that address client’s issues
- Demonstrates expertise in financial modelling, valuation analysis, operational strategy plans
- Advisory level consulting within the PE and Financial Investments industry for policies, procedures and frameworks implementation
- Delivering complex presentations to Senior level stakeholders outlining value benefit propositions and handling challenging objections.
- Planning and managing the delivery of quality work by leading teams in a strategic consulting environment and be seen as a strong leader with excellent communication and client handling skills
- MBA, or Masters’ Degree from a top academic institution.
- PE / Investment Management Consulting Experience with a globally renowned Strategy or Management Consulting Firm is a MUST.
- CFA is a big Plus.
- Minimum 8 - 12 years relevant experience showing progressive promotion, and outstanding academic achievement.
- Strong intellectual & analytical skills, ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong English communication skills, Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 80%.
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Candidates from tier 1 or 2 strategy firms with a focus on Private Equity or Financial Investments sector will be considered for the post.
- Proven experience in managing, inspiring, mentoring aspiring consultants.
- Multi-year experience in investments (e.g. SWF or private equity)
- Experience in developing investment strategies, due diligences, portfolio company work
- Person could also have a former consulting experience and he is now with an investment company

Compensation levels can surpass $450k USD per annum when taking into consideration bonus and pension.
