We are seeking a talented and passionate Private Chef to join a prestigious household in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing personalized, high-quality meals that cater to the dietary preferences and nutritional needs of the family, while ensuring excellent service and maintaining a spotless kitchen environment. It is for a family of 5 6 days a week lunch and dinner

Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare customized menus according to the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.
- Source fresh, high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen inventory efficiently.
- Create and execute diverse dishes ranging from everyday meals to gourmet specialties.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Coordinate with household staff to ensure timely meal service.
- Adapt meal plans for special occasions, entertaining guests, and events.
- Manage kitchen budget and keep accurate records of purchases and expenses.

- Proven experience as a Private Chef or Personal Chef, preferably within luxury households.
- Exceptional culinary skills with expertise in various cuisines and dietary accommodations.
- Ability to innovate and customize menus to meet specific tastes and health needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in a private household environment.
- Flexibility to work various hours to meet the household’s scheduling needs.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Professional culinary certification is preferred.

Salary:
AED 16,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
