Private Executive Chef up to 11k Aed++ for a VIP Family in Dubai
• POSITION: PRIVATE EXECUTIVE CHEF
• SALARY: up to 11,000 AED depending on your qualifications and experiences plus accommodation, transportation, and other benefits

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Conferring with the family to determine their meal preferences, specifications, food allergies, and dietary restrictions
• Preparing customized meal plans for the family based on their preferences, specifications, and dietary needs
• Shopping for meal ingredients as well as necessary kitchen tools and equipment
• Inspecting meal ingredients before making purchases to ensure that they are of the highest quality
• Preparing meals in the kitchen in accordance with food health and safety regulations
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparation
• Appropriately packaging and labeling prepared meals that are to be consumed at a later date
Requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to European, South African, Indian, and Filipino nationals
• Male/Female, 30 to 40 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• At least 3 years of experience in a 4 or 5 Star hotel
• Experienced in Mediterranean and French cuisine; knowledge in Arabic cuisine would be an advantage
• Conformable with all types of cooking; starters, main and deserts (all-rounder)
• Strong knowledge in healthy food (e.g. Gluten-free and Paleo)
• Knowledgeable in HACCP food practices and proper food sanitation
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience working from a VIP Family is an added advantage
