Job description / Role
This is a very bespoke position, and we are only seeking candidates with legal qualifications and who have had solid experience working within a Private Office environment.

The position will be based in a boutique family office and will be a fully remote work from home role. We are seeking a candidate with a legal qualification and background; experience of managing property and real estate leasing and sales for a private office / private group. As this is a small team, you will be a hands-on, proactive individual who might be paying bills and liaising with tenants and contractors one moment, monitoring snagging lists, delivering an SPA for a sale, or managing a legal dispute the next. The role demands considerable attention to detail and covers all aspects of property management, leasing, buying and selling, and is responsible for all aspects of delivery and you will demonstrate strategic planning and execution skills. Development and maintenance of stakeholder relationships, both internally with the wider team and externally with tenants and suppliers is paramount.
Requirements:
We are seeking a strong communicator, who is transparent and open and can share information and status reports accurately with the team. MS Office skills will be advanced and as expected for a legal graduate, you will have exceptional research, analytical and written abilities.
To be considered for this position, you MUST be a Law graduate, with relevant experience in the UAE for at least 3 years. English skills must be spoken and written to native standards, and you will have had previous line management experience. We are seeking consistency in your career history with longevity and loyalty displayed to previous employers. You will be a calm, patient personality with an adaptable and flexible working approach.
