PRO (Public Relations Officer) – Construction Industry

Job description / Role

We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) with a background in the construction industry to handle approval and permit processing in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in UAE government procedures, with fluency in Arabic being a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all approval and permit applications related to construction projects, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
- Liaise with government authorities such as Municipality, Civil Defense, DED, MOHRE, and other relevant entities for obtaining necessary licenses and approvals.
- Handle visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees.
- Ensure all company operations comply with UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of government regulations and process changes.
- Assist in resolving legal, labor, and administrative matters with government bodies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a PRO role within the construction industry in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of permit and approval procedures for construction projects.
- Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred, with good proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
