PRO (UAE National)

Job description / Role

Guildhall is currently assisting a leading organization in the infrastructure and construction sector with the recruitment of a Public Relations Officer (PRO) based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a UAE National (Emirati) with strong connections and proven experience in managing government relations, official documentation, and company administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all government-related procedures, including visa applications, labor cards, company licensing, and other official documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with local government departments and authorities.
• Ensure effective communication with government entities and full compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
• Assist management in addressing and resolving any government-related issues.

• UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory
• 3–5 years of experience in a PRO or similar government relations role
• Strong social and professional network, preferably with family or contacts in government institutions
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
