Guildhall is excited to be representing one of Dubai’s most up-and-coming real estate developers in their search for a Process & Project Management Specialist. This role is responsible for streamlining business processes, managing key projects, and ensuring operational efficiency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and performance.
- Lead and manage key projects using Sprint development methodologies and project management best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Tech Development and project management.

- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Sprint Development, and Process Improvement within the Tech Development industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive operational excellence.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Open to female candidates of any nationality.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
