Job description / Role
* Exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest UAE based financial services institutions.
* Must have strong experience with IBM Lombardi - (IBM's Business Process Management Tool).
Key responsibilities include:
* Hands on business process development and integration using IBM Lombardi stack.
* BPM implementation strategy based on process analysis.
* Contribute to strengthening BMP implementation and best practice.
* BMP solution SME
* Translate organisation business requirements to Vendors and vice - versa
* Operational Support
* Documentation and process ownership
* Information security and risk mitigation
Requirements
What the ideal candidate will have:
* At least 7+ years of IT industry experience of which a minimum of 5 years in the banking/ financial services sector.
* Strong background BMP implementations involving human task, scheduling, human interaction and large data models
* Must have strong exposure to IBM Lombardi
* Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
* Knowledge of Islamic Banking would be an added advantage but not a necessity
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field
