Job description / Role
The Polymer/Process Engineer will be an important member of the Corporate R&D technology team. The candidate will report directly to the Group R&D Director
Some of the main job responsibilities are:
- Initiate and lead the continuous improvement process in all plants with regards to raw material and EXTRUSION process parameters. (EXTRUSION SPECIALIST)
- Has worked and trouble shooted with specialist Polypropylene and Polyethylene materials
- Can support and lead the trouble shooting process in plants
- Be an active team player in design and implementation of new technologies.
- Serve as technical resource across the businesses and be approachable for the manufacturing teams in order to enhance performance and productivity.
- Support and train local manufacturing teams
