Job description / Role
* You will optimise organisational processes and overall efficiency by establishing metrics, continuous improvement strategies and work with key stakeholders to implement the plan.
* In this role, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

My client is a leading Multi Disciplined Contractor who have been in business for over 50 years. They are led by a team of highly competent and hands-on professionals who are very involved in the selection process of key hires.
Description
* Establish baseline measures to benchmark current practices
* Develop tools that monitor organisational efficiency
* Monitor current practices and identify key areas for improvement
* Identify key areas of recurring waste
* Develop a plan that identifies quick fixes as well as steps for long term improvement
* Lead and motivate all employees and key stakeholders through the transition
* Establish alignment and direction with key stakeholders (site, head office, management, etc.)
* Work with key stakeholders to implement the plan
* Develop metrics and reporting tools to demonstrate changes in efficiency
* Continually monitor improvements and ensure that progress is sustainable

Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related Field.
* MBA is a definite plus.
* Minimum 10 years of work experience of which the last 5 has been in the UAE.
