Process Manager (PMC)

Position overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced process manager who has worked in large-scale gas processing plant projects valued at over USD 1 billion. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in managing complex engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering; a master's degree in engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in process management, specifically in gas processing/NGL plant FEED and EPC projects.
• Proven experience in managing projects valued over USD 1 billion.
• Strong knowledge of process management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
