Position Summary

Identifying and executing O2C process initiatives to improve performance, monitor execution of controls and meet current and future business/market needs through enabling the Process Optimization Leads appointed across the COC

A day in the life of

- Monitor and report on the performance of the function KPIs - promote integrated Nestle Continuous Excellence measures across (Order to Cash)O2C teams
- Proactive recommendation after rigorous analysis (e.g: new filter parameters)
- Proactively engage operational functions, providing a clear understanding of the results (benefits and competency building) through appropriate communication channels and training/coaching session
- Determination of Root Cause for repetitive or systemic exceptions and coordinates the identification of an owner to implement action plans across the O2C Process and/or Functional Stakeholders.
- Support in defining common ways of working to maximize the efficiency and standardization
- Escalate issues regarding alignment, communication and ways of solving exceptions - drive a clear "path to action"
- Ensures that the improvements are continuously translated directly into a visible and tangible value. Communicate to the market the benefits of the initiatives for our customers and Nestle.
- Monitors target achievements and KPIs/PPIs/HealthChecks attainment for the function and team. Recruit, train, coach and develop the Process Optimization Team members ensuring succession plans are in place for all.

Requirements

What will make you successful

- Experienced successful improvement implementation at Unit level within Nestle or equivalent experience in a complex, international environment
- Successfully led and developed cross-functional teams
- Experience of program management
- Experience of working with senior management
- Leading and coaching problem-solving activities (basic, intermediate and complex problem-solving methodologies)
- College/University degree required
- Preferable experience in business improvement projects & People Management
- 3 - 5 years of operational experience in Continuous Improvement and Order-to-Cash. Specialization in: Demand Capture & Order Filtering, Stock Allocation & Order Optimization, Billing & Pricing, Logistics, Demand & Supply Planning and Finance is a plus
- Experience managing a team and/or virtual team is a plus
