Job description / Role
The Company
Our client, a global financial services firm, are looking to hire experienced Processing Manager to lead their diverse and dynamic operations team in Sharjah. The team are processing large amounts of data, ensuring adherence to strict compliance and regulations. You will ensure their processes and procedures are fit for purpose. If you have proven experience leading a team within a highly regulated environment and are native Russian speaking then this may be the role for you.
The Role
* You will support with shaping, influencing and prioritizing the deliverables required for the team, to ensure KPI's are met
* As a manager of a team, you will also be responsible to ensure that the team are operating effectively and efficiently, and that they are successfully achieving their KPI's.
* You will develop the team's skills through the sharing of your knowledge and encouraging their growth through exposure to new learnings/opportunities
* As the change champion for your team, you will ensure that team are aware of any changes, and these are understood and embedded across the team
* You will be responsible for the full employee life cycle and ensure that any performance management are addressed
* As a manager, you will be required to liaise with various internal stakeholders in order to collect feedback and take the necessary action.
* It is important that you are in constant contact with our payment providers and financial institutions to ensure we have ongoing smooth process
* You will required to prepare and present reports to the management
* You will be responsible for providing solutions in order to improve efficiency and be part of the implementation
* It is important that operations are running without disruption meaning you will be responsible for shift planning with contingency plan in place.
Requirements
The Candidate
* University/ college degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance
* Native Russian speaking and fluent in English
* Proven experience within financial services, fintech is an advantage
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to influence and encourage diverse teams
* Exceptional attention to detail
Salary and Benefits
Up to 18k AED per month, plus company benefits
