Processing Officer

We are looking for a Processing Officer with Russian or Chinese fluency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interdepartmental coordination and workflow management. Candidate must have experience in FinTech/Crypto/Forex/iGaming/Betting/Banking industries

Location: Sharjah

Responsibilities
• Processing the transactions regularly
• Workflow monitoring
• Interdepartmental communication and coordination
• Coordination with client s for purchase orders, payments and issue resolution
• Handling customers’ inquiries in regard to payments
• Preparing regular reports and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Must read, write and speak Russian or Chinese fluently
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office tools
• Excellent communication and monitoring skills
• Ability to work comfortably in a high-pressure environment, as well as working towards strict deadlines
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Salary: Best in the industry - Negotiable
