Job responsibility

To input data in the system within minimum time and without any error. All cases received in a day within the cut-off time should be entered in the system on the same day. Phase two documents to be submitted for disbursement within the maximum time limit of two hours for disbursement.

Key responsibilities

Primarily responsible for technical verification of relevant documents, proper schemes, interpretation of procedures, data input, and processing transactions or information without error.

Performance measures for coordination and services check how well tasks are organized, resources are managed, and services are delivered to meet goals effectively and maintain good quality.

Institutionalize control consciousness while processing through adherence to SOPs.

Awareness of compliance policies and directives.

Monitor procedural and technical knowledge related to processing of standardized transactions and information.

Process high volume transactions and information accurately within stipulated service standards and turnaround time.

Provide MIS to SM with approval, rejection, and team performance and ensure disbursements are in line with the MIS released.
