Job purpose

To leverage the process and service provided to the customers given approved finance from Mohammad Bin Rashid Housing Program - Dubai Government.

Responsibilities

Meeting with applicants, providing them with all the required information about the finance and answering all of their questions regarding the process.

Collecting all the required documents as per the advised checklist and advising the customer on the next steps.

Attending to customer's queries over the phone and proactively updating them on the progress of their file.

Sourcing the deal in the system, sending the file to the credit department, and following up with them until the final approval.

Coordinating between the sales support unit, home finance operation, MBRHE department, and the customer for the completion of document issuance, collateral collation, mortgage, and deal booking.

Following up with the customer and home finance operation to clear all outstanding or pending documents.
