Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Procurement Analyst is responsible for the tendering activities with a Vendor, and is accountable during the prequalification process and management of Vendor Performance.

He or she will report to the Commercial Manager on all aspects of the Supply Chain Development processes and will serve as the liaison between Vendors and the Head of the Supply Chain Department.

Other Key Duties include sourcing and vetting Vendors and presenting Vendor performance reports to Senior Management.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the conducting the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) meeting and responding to respective queries;
• Responsible for the Tendering process of Design Consultants;
• Setting up Vendor KPI's;
• Using cost benefit analysis or similar processes to analyze Vendor performance;
• Developing Vendor Improvement plan for underperforming Vendors;
• Responsible for documenting the costs for all Vendors, as well as generating monthly cost reports;
• Assisting the Commercial Manger in reviewing tender package and Contract documents.
