Procurement and Supply Chain Director

Job Description:
• Oversee day-to-day tasks associated with procurement, contract, logistics and warehouse management as well as fresh products pack house management.
• Ensure smooth operations among the full process of all operating units.
• Coordinate with external suppliers as well as other directors and operation heads dedicating all needed support with proper and qualified resources.
• Plan and direct the negotiation and administration of procurement activities with suppliers on local and international basis for annual purchases.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial resources management-budgeting, negotiate price/contracts, and optimize margins through sustainable sourcing plans and strategic alliances.

Salary: up to 45K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An agribusiness investment company in UAE.

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationalities
• 50 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering or Economics is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management level from Agricultural industry
• Relevant industry certifications (such as CSCP, SCOR-P, CLTD etc.) are a plus
