Your Role
You’ll lead procurement and supply chain operations across multiple outlets and a central warehouse, ensuring timely sourcing, efficient stock movement, and cost-effective inventory management. From vendor negotiations to warehouse audits, you’ll be the backbone of product flow.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee warehouse operations, stock movement, and inventory reconciliation
• Review and manage stock orders based on consumption and re-order levels
• Identify and evaluate suppliers for spa products, equipment, and services
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure value and timely delivery
• Conduct audits and reconcile stock across outlets and warehouse
• Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to minimize stockouts and excess holding
• Implement systems to improve supply chain visibility and efficiency
• Stay ahead of market trends and sourcing opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3+ years of leadership experience in procurement, supply chain, and warehouse management
• Strong knowledge of skincare and spa products
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and logistics coordination skills
• Ethical, organized, and results-driven
