Position: Procurement Buyer – Events

Salary: 6000 AED
Location: Dubai, UAE

The Procurement Buyer – Events is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required for events and projects. The role ensures that all materials, equipment, and services are procured on time, within budget, and in compliance with company policies and quality standards. The position supports the events team in delivering successful and cost-effective events.

Day-to-day tasks as a Buyer

• Issuing purchase orders (monthly 30-40)
• Communication skills (English)
• Basic contract management skills
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers and DWTC staff)
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
• Good communication skills (English) and attitude
• Preparing reports and trackers

Requirements

At least 1 to 2 years of experience.
