Job description / Role
Job Description:
• According to the annual sales plan, plan the commodity structure and annual/quarterly/monthly strategy of the category under your jurisdiction, plan thematic marketing programs, promote the listing of new products and track the implementation and landing of the commodity plan.
• Management and maintenance of commodity information database, summarize commodity information, sorting out the management list of jurisdiction categories
• Summarize consumer preferences, responsible for new product selection, responsible for the sales of categories under the jurisdiction of the sales and smooth stalling rate
• Understand the industry trends and market development trends, continue to explore domestic and international market opportunities for related categories/products, and output market demand research and new product proposals.
• Rapid response to sales data and consumer trends, forecasting the sales dynamics of slow-moving products, and formulating return orders and clearance plans.
• Regularly visit stores and communicate with sales about merchandise issues, work together to develop solutions and write reports on store visits.

Requirements:
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in statistics, sociology, psychology, marketing, etc. preferred
• Good command of English, no obvious obstacles to communicate with foreigners
• Familiar with office software and data processing
• Love fashion, have considerable sensitivity to market trends, fashion trends
• Product innovation and marketing awareness, able to constantly think and put forward new ideas, high sensitivity to market trends in the consumer sector and strong analytical skills
• Patient, careful, good self-drive, stress resistance and communication skills
• More than 1 year experience in merchandise planning/product development/buyer in retail industry is preferred
Salary:
AED
4,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
