DESCRIPTION
Head of Procurement / Senior Procurement Manager based in the UAE with a clear track record within design & build building projects.You will understand strategy, client relationships and delivery. Required to hands on lead and develop the procurement team from buyers through to senior engineers.

You will have the relationships, knowledge and awareness from Lump Sum projects across a range of sectors. Client is very clear that they wish to engage someone with a clear uae track record and network for this critical hire.

Have you managed teams from 15-50 staff in both HQ & Projects. You have the communication skills , empathy and awareness to manage a multinational teams of all different backgrounds & levels.

Role

• Based In the Dubai Head Office – 20 minutes drive from dxb airport
• Heading up a department
• Managing both pre-construction & post contract awards
• Handling a range of vendors from Materials, Sub-contract & other
• You will be working with the supply chain to ensure that win win solutions are created for all parties
• Working alongside fellow department heads from Contracts, Operations & Estimation . With a direct work line into the CEO

Critical Factors

• 6 Years Minimum experience in the MENA region for Main Contractors in Procurement Lead Role
• Exposure to 10 Years across Procurement for Main Contractors handling BUILDING Projects
• 15 Years Post Graduate experience
• Degree Educated ideally- Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• CIPS,CPP & CPIM Desired but not essential
• Strong management, communication & presentation skills – This will be clear in your introduction to NSR Associates

Salary:
AED 50,000 to 70,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
