Job description / Role
Our client, a well-known, an international construction firm, is currently looking for a Procurement Engineer who will be work in their Dubai based project.
In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Procurement control design (design/material approval / fabrication/ delivery)
• Management, report and scheduling procurement
• Coordination for house of expertise
• Preparation for the related documents for authority approval
• Knowledge of building construction
• Coordination with sub-contractors
• Ability of assessment of schedule
• Issue the formal letter to sub-contractors
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• Must be a bachelor’s degree holder
• With strong experience in making schedule, management of sub-contractor and research material of fabricators or related requirements
• With minimum 5 years’ experience as a quantity surveyor
• Willing to be on a contract for 1 yea
• Willing to be based at the construction site (accommodation/food will be provided)
