Procurement Engineer

Job description / Role

- Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with project requirements and company policies.
- Source and evaluate suppliers to secure the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and quality teams to understand material specifications and requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to streamline material delivery and storage.
- Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation plans.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management review.

- Experience: 2–3 years in procurement within construction / oil & gas sector
- Joining: Immediate joiner preferred (Visit Visa / Cancelled Visa candidates will be an advantage)
- Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of vendor management, RFQs, LPOs, and material submittals
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with procurement procedures in ADNOC, TAQA or similar clients will be an added advantage
