About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchaser / Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, finishes, and services required for high-end interior fit-out projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to prestigious commercial, retail, and residential developments across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for fit-out projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project managers and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and UAE regulations.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and innovative products

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in the fit-out or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and suppliers in the UAE market.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
