Procurement Engineer up to 15k Aed for a Construction and Engineering Company in UAE

- Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data
- Ensures products and services are provided to support field operations
- Develops suitable local performance measures to demonstrate efficiency of processes and personnel
- Develops and manages departmental budget
- Responsible for the training and development of workforce including mentoring for career and skills development
- Facilitates discussions between internal customers and supplier
- Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements

Requirements

- POSITION: Procurement Engineer
- SALARY: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive depending on qualifications and experience
- HIRING COMPANY: Construction and Engineering Company
- WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to INDIAN nationals
- Male, below 35 years old

EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any relevant course
- Minimum of 3 years in procurement in contracting, engineering and Oil & Gas industry
- Experience working on ARAMCO projects is a must
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and ERP
- Good knowledge of Statistical concepts and internal controls
- Strong communication and negotiable skills
