Job description / Role
- Perform procurement activities to achieve the lowest cost but assuring high quality on products and on-time delivery
- Perform efficient cooperation with the Digital Marketing department, by maintaining sourcing strategies aligned with the company’s principles and practices
- Identify and propose opportunities by synergizing the supply base
- Perform spend analysis to identify cost saving opportunities
- Negotiate with suppliers locally/regionally in order to ensure effective cost savings
- Develop and prepare necessary reports that will support the team in the supplier's selection process
- Prepare supplier contracts and ensure all terms and conditions are well defined and captured
Requirements
- Degree educated
- Previous experience in procurement (marketing category)
- 1-2 years of experience in handling the digital marketing category specifically
- Strong knowledge of various digital marketing agencies and the cost structure
- Fluent English (verbal & written)
- Arabic is an advantage
- Strong negotiation skills
