Job description / Role
The role will require a range of different tasks to be carried out: Logistics Coordinator, Administrative work and support to the Procurement department
Tasks:
- Research new suppliers and freight forwarders
- Manage and update supplier records
- Purchase & shipping order coordination with project team
- Issuance and follow up of purchase & shipping orders
- Filing of supplier documentation
- Preparation of shipping documentation (import/export)
- Compliance with customs and VAT regulations
- Coordination with freight forwarders to ensure pickup and delivery on time
- Forecasting supplier payments
- Maintaining inventory
- Incorporation: Immediate
- Visa: UAE Residence Visa to be sponsored by ARANER
- Health Insurance: To be provided by ARANER

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience in logistics
- Experience in purchasing will be an advantage
- Fluent in the English language with good communication skills
- Proactive
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Good organizational skills with attention to details
- UAE DriverĀ“s license
