Job description / Role
A highly skilled and dynamic Procurement Manager to join our team in handling international suppliers and trade operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing international suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of products. This role will require working closely with international traders, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to meet the company’s procurement needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing procurement strategies to facilitate efficient, cost-effective acquisition of the goods and services necessary for the business to operate.
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers to acquire goods and services at the best possible prices and terms.
• Managing international supplier relationships to guarantee that quality and delivery requirements are met.
• Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure sufficient on-hand supplies for operations.
• Identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing product quality.
• Developing procurement strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
• Identifying and vetting potential suppliers based on factors such as price and quality.
• Negotiating contract terms to secure ideal pricing, payment terms, and more.
• Managing the entire procurement process, from requesting quotes to placing orders and receiving deliveries.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
• 3-4 years in international procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on working with international suppliers and traders.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across cultures.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
AED
5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
