Job description / Role
• Develop Company branded fruits from all origin for all items shipped
• Expand brand awareness & availability across the region
• Finalize unit’s wish list calendar as per fruit seasonality
• Procurement for the region for all fruits labeled under the brand
• Ensure supply of best quality at best prices
• Work closely with all units to align shipment ordering cycle & supply
• Ensure effective communication & continuous updates across the region
• Manage Sales to other market for the fruit (Lebanon, India)
• Assist in consolidation of 3rd party Procurement for the region; units in UAE, KSA & KUWAIT in addition to receivers across the region.
• Assist in managing the procurement of fresh fruit and vegetables for MENA region
• Assist in reviewing fruit calendar to evaluate when fruit should be purchased
• Partially responsible in ensuring all fruit is purchased to ensure best quality at best price
• Assist in negotiating price and delivery time with supplier and place order
• Partially responsible in ensuring product has arrived on the date and time specified
• Negotiate price and delivery time with supplier and place order
• Monitor the supply vs the demand for all region
