Position Title: Procurement Officer – F&B
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

A Levantine restaurant in Dubai, highly recognized by the Michelin Guide offering high-quality food at good value.

Job Description:
• Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers for food, beverages, and other restaurant supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts and regularly track and review stock movement to maintain cost-effective purchasing.
• Prepare and process purchase orders for required goods and services.
• Manage the procurement budget, tracking expenses to ensure spending remains within limits.

Qualifications: square bullets
• Open to Male Asian nationalities from 25- 35 years old
• Should have a degree or diploma in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years relevant experience within the F&B industry
• Must be proficient with office software (Microsoft Excel, Word) and familiarity with procurement or inventory management software.

Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
