Procurement Officer - Emiratisation

As a Procurement Officer you will oversee supplier relationships, manage procurement operations, and ensure adherence to procurement policies and best practices. This role requires a skilled procurement professional with a strong understanding of supplier management, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies.

Description

* Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers and conduct periodic evaluations.
* Conduct due diligence and pre-qualification of contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with policies.
* Evaluate RFP responses, review bids from technical and commercial perspectives, and support decision-making.
* Oversee procurement operations, including documentation, RFP preparation, and contract negotiations.
* Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
* Track supply market trends and adjust procurement strategies to align with best practices.
