Procurement Officer

Job Title: Procurement Officer – Interior Fit-Out

Experience: Minimum 2 years (Interior Fit-Out industry required)

Job Description:

• Source and procure materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings for interior fit-out projects
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with project requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stores for material requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to site as per project schedule
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation
• Monitor stock levels and avoid material shortages or overstocking
• Ensure materials meet quality standards and approved specifications
• Handle supplier invoices and coordinate with accounts for payments
• Comply with company procurement policies and procedures

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement within the interior fit-out industry
• Knowledge of interior materials, joinery, MEP, finishes, and accessories
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); ERP/Focus software knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
