Position Title: Procurement Specialist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
A leading F&B group based in Abu Dhabi, known for serving the best flavors of specialty coffee and desserts.

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships to ensure a reliable supply of high-quality ingredients and products.
- Analyze purchasing trends and market conditions to develop strategies for cost savings while maintaining quality and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that all products meet the required quality and safety standards, conducting regular audits and evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with restaurant and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient replenishment of stock, minimizing waste.
- Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant food safety regulations and industry standards, staying updated on changes in policies and procedures.

- Open to Asian, Arabic and European nationalities
- Male, 40 and below
- At least 2 years of experience as Procurement Specialist
- F&B/Restaurant experience is a must
