Role: Contracts Specialist
Job Type: Contract
Work Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Start Date: Immediate to 30 days candidates are preferred
Salary & Benefits: (Negotiable based on the expertise)

Job Description:

- Maintaining the contracts database on SAP Ariba
- Ensure timely renewals and updates of the contracts' records
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders, buyers, vendors, legal. etc. for the timely execution of contracts
- Review & upload all new and renewed contracts along with the necessary supporting documents & correspondences

- Prepare a monthly dashboard for the contracts database
- Review the existing database for quality assurance (to ensure that all the necessary documents and approvals are uploaded to the system)
- Experience with SAP Ariba (Preferable)
