Procurement Specialist (UAE Mainland)

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Format: Office-based

ATOMIC-SHOP is a growing international company and one of Europe’s leading suppliers of racing, tuning, and performance automotive parts. Founded in 2005, we operate globally with offices in Ukraine, UAE, Germany (Nürburgring), and USA.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchaser to join our Dubai office and support multi-branch procurement operations.

This role is ideal for a structured professional with strong negotiation skills and analytical thinking, who thrives in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier management and coordination with MOP and accounting departments
• Order placement and control of delivery deadlines
• Inventory monitoring and stock replenishment
• Procurement support across multiple branches
• Import documentation, certification, and logistics coordination
• Supplier reconciliations and delivery cost calculations

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement
• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or Logistics preferred)
• Experience with ERP, Excel, and Google Apps (experience with Zoho will be an advantage)
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
